Senior Project Manager
Secure Ideas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of client engagements from kickoff through completion. This is a full-time, dedicated role: the Senior Project Manager is the steward of each project and is expected to know more about the status, risks, and plan for a given engagement than any other team member.
You will own the client relationship day-to-day, coordinate with the consulting team, and ensure every engagement is delivered on time, on scope, and to a consistently professional standard that reflects Secure Ideas' reputation as an industry leader. Success in this role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to a successful conclusion.
Senior Technical Editor
Secure Ideas is seeking a Senior Technical Editor to own the quality, consistency, and professionalism of every customer-facing document and piece of content the firm produces. This is a newly created, senior-level editorial position dedicated to elevating deliverable quality while freeing consulting staff to focus on billable technical work.
This role sits at the intersection of technical editing, content strategy, and marketing/business development support. You will be the single point of ownership for reporting templates, statements of work (SOWs), proposals, consultant CVs, blogs, conference materials, and CFP (call-for-papers) submissions. The position is structured as partially billable, with time split between direct client-deliverable review/editing and firm-wide content and thought-leadership initiatives.
